For shipping purposes, door units with sidelights and/or transoms are shipped crated as separate prehung units and will require mulling units together. Double doors are shipped KD and will require assembly.
All exterior pre-hung units come standard with:
• Standard width X height door/sidelights
• Solid Engineered (Choice of Species) Jambs***
• Standard double bore (2 1/8 " cross bore, 2 3/8" backset)
• Solid (Choice of Species) Brickmold
• Solid (Choice of Species) T astragal with top and bottom flush bolts (double door applications)
• Brown vinyl weather-stripping and door sweep
• Architectural grade hinges (Choice of Finishes)
• Bronze aluminum threshold with Oak adjustable riser
**Actual Pre-hung unit size is 1" less in width and 5/16" less in height than the recommended Rough Opening.

*** Solid Engineered Jambs are designed to improve upon the natural strengths of solid lumber and reduce or eliminate such inherent defects as warping, bowing and shrinkage. Installed, there is no visible difference between solid engineered jambs and solid jambs.
All interior pre-hung doors come standard with:
• Solid (choice of species) jambs
• Standard 21/8" cross bore, 2 3/8" backset
• Architectural grade hinges (choice of finishes, see pre-hang order form) 3 per 6'8" and 7'0", 4 per 8'0"
• Solid (Pacific Cherry) T astragal with top and bottom slide flush bolts (lever action available as upgrade)
Rough Opening Sizes: Add 2" to width & 2" to height of selected door slab size for required rough opening
